We love a good salsa. All varieties too. This is one of our favorites to make.
1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Pineapple chunks, drained and diced. Or fresh pineapple.
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
½ small red bell pepper finely chopped
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
Mix with ¼ cup Teriyaki marinade. Let stand about an hour at room temperature.
I marinate pork chops or chicken in teriyaki marinade for about an hour.
Then grill or bake.
