We love a good salsa and this pineapple salsa is one of our favorites.
1 20 oz. can Pineapple chunks, drained and diced. Or fresh pineapple.
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
½ small red bell pepper finely chopped
fresh cilantro, as much as you like
1 jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
Mix with ¼ cup teriyaki marinade. Let stand about an hour at room temperature.
Marinate pork chops or chicken in teriyaki marinade for about an hour.
Then grill or bake.
