A Promise to Protect by Patricia Bradley Logan Point Book 2
I read Logan Point #1, Shadows of the Past, a few months ago, and anticipated reading #2, A Promise to Protect. There is a lot of action, very suspenseful and interesting characters. I like details, though if there are too many it gets boring. This author has many details but with a good balance to keep it interesting. I enjoyed the many surprises and turn of events throughout. I didn’t think Leigh was concerned enough about protecting herself and her son as I think a mother would be. You will experience a variety of emotions while reading; happy, anger, anxious, sad, and joy. It is a heartwarming book and well written. If you enjoy good clean suspense with some romance you will enjoy this book. I look forward to more from this author.
