Recently we went to Columbus, Ohio to hike and play for a change. I did not have any tests, appointments, or procedures this time! It was a beautiful day, the leaves were starting to change and we saw squirrels gathering walnuts. This is the life I enjoy. The Anchor of the Soul is HOPE
That symbol has so much meaning to me. The symbol of the anchor reminds me that Jesus is my hope and He alone anchors my soul. The anchor also reminds me of my Navy dad, who I lost several years ago. What does it mean to have an anchored soul? Or maybe the question is, What is our soul anchored in? Finances? Job or career? Spouse? In other words, what is keeping you steady?
