Many have asked us how we ended up in Arizona so last November, our 25th year in Arizona, I started blogging about our journey, calling it 'Moving On'. So far, there are Parts 1, 2 and 3. Moving On, Part 3
While cleaning out the garage recently, we found a small notebook about our trip across country. Here are some fun facts we recorded. This is Part 3 of Moving On... Gas was less than a dollar per gallon. We logged where we stopped for gas, how many gallons we bought and the cost. The total gas purchased was less than $250. Moving on, Part 2
Our first days in Arizona ~ Moving On, Part 2 Prior to the move, my husband had sent his resume to places in Florida, Virginia, West Virginia and Columbus, Ohio. He had an interview in Virginia. When he started talking about Arizona, I said I would go on vacation there but not move there. It was too far! Once we visited and talked to our relatives, who made the move years ago from Ohio, I had a change of heart. God had a plan. We ended up moving without having job’s to go to when we arrived.
