Sometimes when you have a dream, you have to chase it regardless of the unknowns. Last week I did just that in Charlotte, NC to attend a writer's conference. It was a wonderful experience and I gained HOPE in so many areas. I went with many unknowns and even felt unknown at times. A gal I only barely met one other time rode with me. How can we think about celebrating the holidays and holiday preparation when there is so much sadness in the news? It’s difficult to get in a festive mood with all that is going on in our world today. The holidays are a sad time for so many. They are sad for me too.
