This verse gives me expectations. The previous verse, Isaiah 43:18 says, "Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old." I've been reflecting on the old of 2021. It’s Been a Year Since That Diagnosis
Recently we went to Columbus, Ohio to hike and play for a change. I did not have any tests, appointments, or procedures this time! It was a beautiful day, the leaves were starting to change and we saw squirrels gathering walnuts. This is the life I enjoy. The Anchor of the Soul is HOPE
That symbol has so much meaning to me. The symbol of the anchor reminds me that Jesus is my hope and He alone anchors my soul. The anchor also reminds me of my Navy dad, who I lost several years ago.
